On 7th October, 2020 we raised the question why Marcus Rashford was seemingly paying such a low rate of tax via one of his companies (where he has stashed at least £3.5m). On 26th October, 2020 we wrote to Marcus, this time sending the letter by post to The Manchester United training complex at Carrington. Judging by "his" Twitter output he has a very professional PR team working for him but we have still not received a response. Here is the letter:
"Dear Mr Rashford,
Tax - MUCS Enterprises Limited
We have unsuccessfully tried to contact you via your website concerning the amount of tax paid by your above-named Company and also tried to bring this to your attention via social media. May we ask that you pass the enclosed article on this subject to your advisers or Grant Thornton and we look forward to hearing from you or them.
Yours faithfully,"
We hope that he will now get his team to respond!
